- Club is priced per squad, because every club is set up differently. Send us an enquiry with how many coaches and squads you have and we will come back within two working days with a price and an onboarding plan.
- Young players are stored and referred to by first name only, with a last initial added only when two players in a squad share a first name. Age group is never sent to the AI, and nothing you write is used to train anyone's models.
- Cancel and your data stays exactly where it is, readable and exportable. Resubscribe whenever the next season starts, or export everything and delete your account — deletion removes your data and cancels billing straight away.

- Keeps every note, answer and report inside your own account, where you can delete a single item or everything.
What it never does
- Score, grade or rank you. No session is marked out of ten.
- Send player names, ages or your club to the AI. Players are held as first names, and the only team detail the AI sees is the match format you play.
- Publish anything or tell anyone else what you wrote. Nothing leaves your account unless you copy or download it.
